As a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, I believe that our thoughts, perceptions, and life experiences have a significant impact on our feelings and behavior.   My  approach seeks to help uncover how life experiences may have shaped maladaptive thoughts and skewed perceptions that are at the root of undesired behaviors and episodes of stress, anxiety, and depression. But that's not enough!  With Mindfulness, we'll discover creative ways to recognize thought and perception patterns that may not be working for you and replace these patterns with ones that help you reach your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life today. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
